The SBB Research Group Foundation is proud to announce the continued success of Lily Chen after receiving the STEM Scholarship in 2023. The $2,500 award empowers students to create value for society by pursuing higher learning through interdisciplinary combinations of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
Lily Chen received the SBB Research Group Foundation STEM Scholarship during her sophomore year at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) to pursue a degree in Math and Electrical Engineering/Computer Science.
Since receiving the scholarship, Lily has started a Computer Science PhD program at Stanford, where she studies multisensory AI, factuality in AI, and the health applications of AI.
“Lily is clearly very future-focused, and it’s exciting to see her push her field forward.” said Matt Aven, co-founder and board member of the SBB Research Group Foundation.
The SBB Research Group Foundation is honored to have played a role in Lily’s success. We look forward to continuing to support outstanding students in STEM and helping them achieve their full potential.
